I’ve said before in my post for Duck Egg Mayonnaise how much I love eggs. Packed full of nutrients, healthy fats, protein and they can do almost anything. The one man army of food I suppose. Because of all of these amazing benefits and the fact that I’m just addicted to them I happen to eat eggs every day. I still haven’t gotten bored from my morning eggs yet. Although I switch up the way that I cook them from time to time. Fry them, scramble them or make the best concoction ever known as an omelette. With it’s fluffy masses of folded egg and a little hint of something to nestle in between.

Before I start I would just like to say that I have been nominated for best food photography and best healthy cooking blog on The Kitchn and it’s currently voting week. I would really appreciate it if you could please vote for me here. You do have to register but it only takes a second. Anyway, moving on, I still constantly make my Raw Cacao and Roasted Hazelnut Butter so I have a constant supply in the fridge. You can never have too much of that stuff. I practically have a spidey sense for whenever I’m about to run out.
I can feel the nearly empty jar droning from the fridge of it’s imminent hollowness. Almost like I have some kind of spiritual connection with it. Besides the fact of my psychotic trifles with the storage in my refrigerator I knew I had to do something with it because believe it or not I had actually made some this week but It wasn’t getting depleted nearly as fast as usual. I know, quite the shock.
So, I started using my regular camera. Or well I say regular camera. Its a Canon powershot SX20 IS. Wait a minute, thats not a DSLR camera!!! Well if thats what you said then you are correct. It is not a DSLR camera because I don’t have one. So I will be using this to the best of my ability. Which isnt so good. Seeing as I am incredibly new to the whole photography scene. But I will get better in time right? But anyway, Ive been using this camera and messing with it and sometimes it comes out with some amazing photos and sometimes… not so much. Sometimes they are just atrocious. Like my iPhone could do better. But I guess I cant complain since its my fault they are coming out horrible. Oh woe is me!
So I know that I need some content started on here. And I have plenty of awesome recipes to share with you guys. But I dont have any pictures yet. So Im gonna be using some of my instagram pictures for this post. But these will be delicious regardless! I promise! Well, okay I am pretty sure you will like them. If you don’t, then, I guess I will be sad.
But seriously. Don’t these look delicious?!
